Fishing capabilities

To catch fish you don’t need to go to the exact location to put the bait, instead, you can wait at the shore or away in a boat, and let the drone do its job. Its SAR payload release mechanism is capable of carrying a long fishing line to drop the bait at your preferred spot.

With a 1 km flight range, the drone also has a simple switch on the remote to control and drop the bait instantly. The whole system is quick to attach and remove, and also provides a safe and precise way of fishing.   

Another advantage is that the drone provides multiple bait dropping, due to its 1 kg max payload, which is capable of carrying more than 10 hook baits or traces at one time or even a heavier fish.

The SwellPro Splash Drone 3 Fisherman has a flying speed of up to 21m/s and a flight time of up to 20 minutes on a complete charge.

Camera

The release mechanism comes with a built-in waterproof FPV camera that allows you to monitor the drone. The camera can be tilted within a 90° range and has a CCD sensor lens that is capable of capturing 720P (800TVL) high-quality video, along with excellent light sensitivity.

To view what you are recording, users have the FPV LCD monitor that is built-in the remote controller. It has a 5.8Ghz video transmission range of 1km, which is free of delay and interference. This also great to tell you where and when to drop your bait even when the drone is out of sight.

Design and waterproof features

The drone’s fuselage has been created with durable 3mm reinforced ABS that provides a tight water seal and doesn’t allow water to enter inside the drone’s body. The external parts are created using high-quality stainless steel, while the motors are coated to provide maximum resistance to fresh and salt water.

The drone is submersible for sustained periods of time but it isn’t recommended to be used as a submarine. Its buoyant properties keep it floating above water, and the corrosion-free design is also suitable for all weathers.

It is also equipped with high torque 620kv motors that provide high efficiency even in salt water, as they are custom coated. The carbon fiber propellers use self-tightening mechanism for safe and quick attachment and also provide a stable and reliable flight.
