Parrot's MiniDrone Rolling Spider is amazing and can be controlled with Bluetooth Smart technology since you can connect it to your Smartphone or tablet through the free application FreeFlight 3.

This application offers tactile, super-intuitive driving control and is compatible with iOS and Android Smartphones and tablets, and is available on Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 as well. With it, you will also have a control range of up to 20 meters/65 ft.

You can have a lot of fun with this quadcopter’s incredible acrobatics. Just with one click you can flip it 360° and with a simple swipe you can turn it 90° and 180°. There are also pre-programmed acrobatic moves available on the free application.

It is a very agile and ultra-compact drone. When you attach the removable wheels to it, you can roll it across the floor, up a wall or across the ceiling, as this is the first quadcopter to fly and roll on the ceiling!

Whether you are indoors or outdoors, you can fly up to 18 km/h or 11 mph. You can also take photos (300,000 px) with the fixed, vertical 360px mini-camera in the Parrot MiniDrone. The vertical camera captres pictures of a set point on the ground every 16 milliseconds and each photo is then compared to the previous one to determine its speed.

Parrot’s Rolling Spider also measures and analyzes its every movement with the help of the accelerometer and gyroscope that is fitted inside it. And when the quadcopter is on automatic pilot mode, it even corrects its own angle and position.

The quadcopter also has a great battery life. Its removable Lithium-Polymer battery delivers up to 8 minutes of flying time and 6 minutes when used with wheels.

The Parrot MiniDrone Rolling Spider is available in 3 colors – white, blue and red and can be customized with a set of 12 stickers that are included.
