PRODRONE PD6B-AW-ARM Hexacopter - Water Resistant And All Weather Capable

The PRODRONE PD6B-AW-ARM Hexacopter is the newest release from Japanese drone makers, PRODRONE. It has been designed as a large format drone that features 2 internally developed robotic arms, which can be controlled to complete various tasks with efficiency.

The custom-designed, 5-axis robot arms have been placed where the gimbal should be on the drone’s body and can ‘clasp’ onto things like chairs, heavy water jugs, and many other such things. It has also been created with business applications in mind, which include carrying life saving supplies over water or to areas where it’s difficult to reach, turns dials and switches, carry cargo, etc.

It can carry payloads of up to 22 lb. (10 kg), and fly at a maximum speed of 60 km/h (37 mph) at a maximum operating altitude (pressure altitude) of 5,000m. it features a maximum operating wind speed of 10 m/s (22 mph) and is all-weather capable, including being water resistance. It uses two 22.2v/16000mah batteries and has a flight time of about 30 minutes.

PRODRONE claims that the basic chassis can be altered for video production, delivery duty, etc. while the control system too can be customized to meet the specific needs of consumers.
