The Syma X5HW Wi-Fi FPV is on of the new quadcopters released by Syma in an attempt to upgrade their previous models and help them meet the present drone standards. While they all seem to have slight differences between them, fliers will be able to find something that definitely matches what they need.
The drone is available in white or blue color, and features a 6-Axis gyro system, which allows a more secure flight, along with stronger wind resistance and easy control. The gyroscope also lets you implement various flight movements with ease and enhances stability.
It uses a 2.0MP HD first person view Camera, which combined with the stable flight allow for amazing video and picture taking. The FPV ability along with the Wi-Fi compatibility will allow users to watch what the camera is recording directly on their smartphones.
It can be controlled using a 4CH digital proportional remote controller system that offers a range of about 30 to 50 meters. The transmitter provides great frequency and bandwidth with its Spread Spectrum Technology. With low power consumption, anti-interference and a much faster reaction time, it makes flying for any beginner or advanced flier much simpler.
It can be flown both indoor and outdoor and can perform various functions like – up/down, left/right, sideward fight, forward/backward, and turn left/right. It even has LED lights on the body that flash in different colors to indicate its position in the sky, making night flying much easier.
It has a feature called 360-degree Eversion that allows the drone to continuously roll 360-degrees, and a Barometer set height feature that lets it hover at a set position using the left joystick (accelerator). It also has a Headless Mode function and highly elastic blade protectors that are enhanced for performance and anti-collision.
The Syma X5HW Wi-Fi FPV uses a 3.7V 600mAh Li-poly battery that is rechargeable and has high performance. It will have a flight time of between 5 and 7 minutes on a complete charge, and a charging time of around 130 minutes.
