DJI Inspire 2 Alternatives

The Inspire range of drone from DJI have set a high standard in the industry with their leading technology and advanced features. Both the DJI Inspire 1 and DJI Inspire 2 have been created as high-end models aimed for professional filmmaking and aerial recording.

The Inspire 2 takes its previous version up a notch and adds some serious upgrades. It comes with an all-new image processing system that can record videos at up to 5.2K in CinemaDNG RA, Apple ProRes, etc. The drone can fly at high speeds from 0 to 50mph (80kph) in just 5 seconds and go up to max speeds of 58mph (94kph)! It also has a max descent speed of 9m/s.

Dual battery helps in increasing the flight time to 27 minutes and the battery has self-heating technology for flight in low temperatures as well. It is equipped with two directions of obstacle avoidance and sensor redundancy for better flight autonomy and also has several intelligent flight modes. Its upgraded video transmission system now provides dual signal frequency to stream video from two cameras.

With such an impressive list of features, it is difficult to compete with the Inspire 2 but that doesn’t mean there aren’t any alternatives to this leading DJI drone. We’ve compiled a list of some drones and quadcopters that you can choose from if you want to opt for a non DJI product.
